Transaction Advisory & Due Diligence
Mandate clarification, commercial structuring, document alignment and transaction-specific risk assessment.
Advisory scope
Work may include clarifying the proposed mandate, mapping party responsibilities, coordinating KYB-related information, reviewing documentary consistency and identifying dependencies across transaction stages.
Evidence and responsibilities
Entity identity, signatory authority, ownership, commercial capacity, the underlying transaction and the proposed payment process should be supported by appropriate evidence. A representation by a party is not treated as independent verification.
Professional interfaces
Legal opinions, regulated advice and institutional banking functions remain with appropriately qualified or authorised third parties. Material inconsistencies and unresolved dependencies should be addressed before advancing the relevant transaction step.
