Activities not undertaken
Unless separately authorised and documented, Arqom does not act as a bank, deposit-taker, custodian, escrow operator, issuer, underwriter, investment manager or guarantor; does not hold client money; and does not assure performance by a bank or counterparty.
Regulated services
Where a proposed activity requires a regulated institution or authorised professional, that function must be performed by the appropriately authorised party. Bank acceptance, legal validity and regulatory treatment depend on the facts and relevant jurisdictions.
